摘 要:以7个结球甘蓝品种为试验材料,对单球重、球径、球高、开展度、外叶数、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等性状进行研究。结果表明:不同结球甘蓝品种间单球重、球径、球高、开展度、外叶数、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等性状差异大。其中球形为扁圆形的京丰一号和牛心形的雄霸甘蓝单球重较大,开展度和外叶数适中,京丰一号的可溶性糖含量最高,达2.16μmol/L,雄霸甘蓝可溶性蛋白含量最高,达1.31 mg/g。Taking seven Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.varieties as materials,the leafy head weight,leafy head diameter,leafy head height,divergence,number of outside leaves,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of them were compared in this paper.The results showed that the leafy head weight,leafy head diameter,leafy head height,divergence,number of outside leaves,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of seven cabbage varieties were different.The leafy head weights of Jingfengyihao variety which had the flat head and Xiongba cabbage variety which had the pointer head were bigger,the divergence of them and outside leaf numbers of them were moderate.The soluble sugar content of Jingfengyihao was the most,which was 2.16 μmol/L.The soluble protein content of Xiongba cabbage variety was the most,which was 1.31 mg/g.
