雄性大鼠发育期生精小管NOS和P450的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨一氧化氮合酶(eNOS、iNOS、nNOS)和细胞色素P450(芳香化酶)在雄性SD大鼠生精小管中的表达及意义。方法:选取出生后5周、7周和10周的雄性SD大鼠各6只,左侧睾丸行石蜡切片,运用免疫组化ABC法观察eNOS、iNOS、nNOS和P450在雄性SD大鼠性成熟期睾丸中的表达变化情况。结果:eNOS和P450在出生后5周,生精小管精母细胞免疫表达呈强阳性,在出生后7周和10周阳性程度皆依次减弱;nNOS在出生后5周精母细胞免疫表达为弱阳性表达,出生后7周和10周呈阴性表达;iNOS在三期均为阴性表达。结论:在性成熟期雄性SD大鼠的精子发生过程中,随着性成熟发育的进展过程,eNOS和P450的表达具有关联性,且主要参与了青春期启动时的精母细胞的发育过程。Objective To explore the expression and significance of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase （NOS） and cytochrome P450 （aromatase） in the sexual-maturity male SD rat＇s seminiferous tubule. Methods Each 6 male SD rats born for 5 weeks, 7 weeks and 10 weeks were selected. Paraffin sections of the left testis were made and the expression of the eNOS, iNOS, nNOS and P450 in the testis of male SD rat were observed with immunohistochemical ABC method. Results eNOS and P450 were expressed in the spermatocytes of the seminiferous tubule, and the positive degree were （＋＋＋）, （＋） and （＋） respectively in the 5-w, 7-w and lO-w groups, nNOS were weak expressed in the spermatocytes of the seminiferous tubule in the 5-w groups, and were negative in 7-w and 10-w groups, iNOS were negative in spermatocytes of the seminiferous tubule in all the groups. Conclusion With the development process of sexual maturation, the expression of eNOS and D450 may be related in the spermatocytes of sexual-maturity male SD rat that mainly involved in the development of spermatoeytes.
