摘  要:本文论述了由钢铁研究总院与成都无缝钢管厂合作研制成功的单流水平连铸机的设计特点。该连铸机采用无二冷喷水冷却的多级组合式结晶器,双机架电液伺服同步驱动拉坯系统,以及全反推准正弦拉坯曲线,取得了满意的连铸冶金效果。该连铸机已投入工业生产,浇铸φ90mm碳钢及不锈钢管坯,拉速高,管坯质量好。The design characterisrics of the single-strand horizontal concaster developed by CISRI and CSSTP is discussed in this paper, in which a multi-stage combined mold without secondary water spraying cooling, a billet withdrawing syslem with electro-hydraulic servo synchro drive and a full inverted-push quasi-sine curve have been adopted, and satisfactory metallurgical results have been acheived. This caster has been put into industrial production for casting 90 mm dia. round billets of carbon steel and stainless steel with high casting speed and good quality. It shows that using round billets produced by HCC instead of rolled billets is feasible and significantly beneficial.
