摘  要:建立了某滚珠丝杠减速器的三维有限元模型,准确模拟了部件间的多种连接关系,采用有限元软件MSC.Marc对滚珠丝杠减速器进行了非线性静力分析,并以质量最轻为目标,采用有限元软件MSC.Nastran对滚珠丝杠减速器的本体部分进行了结构优化,优化后的结构质量减轻了约50%,优化结果为减速器结构的改进设计提供了技术支撑。A 3-D finite element model of a ball-screw reducer was established. Many types of connection are simulated precisely. The nonlinear static analysis was performed on the reducer with FEA software MSC Marc. Taking the minimum weight as objective function, the optimum design of the body was carried out with FEA soft-ware MSC Nastran. Compared with the original design, the weight of the body was reduced about 50% after optimization. The optimization result can provide technology instruction to the improving design of the reducer.
