摘  要:ERW管焊缝易出现的碳偏析、夹渣、制管质量不稳定的缺点,一直是一些气田拒用ERW管的原因。系统列举并介绍了石油天然气输送用管线钢管的种类及其特点,介绍了ERW钢管的生产原理,浅析了国产ERW钢管在焊缝碳偏析、夹渣、制管质量不稳定等方面的改进及解决措施。介绍了ERW钢管在国内外天然气管道工程中的运用情况,着重描述川内某集输工程对ERW钢管的选用过程和应用效果,指出在天然气集输干线工程中进行湿气输送时,采用ERW钢管在节省投资、缩短工期等方面的优点及其他方面的效益。Welding lines of ERW pipes have such disadvantages as carbon segregation,slag inclusion and instable fabrication quality,which often results in rejection of users from some gas fields.Systematically introduced are types and characteristics of pipeline steel pipes used for oil and gas transmission pipelines and fabrication principles of ERW steel pipes,analyzed are causes of carbon segregation,slag inclusion and instable fabrication quality in welding lines of domestic ERW pipes and put forward are some corresponding improvement measures.Described is application of ERW pipes in natural gas pipeline projects at home and abroad,introduced are selection course and application effects of ERW pipes in certain gathering and transportation project in Sichuan Province and it is pointed out that application of ERW pipes in wet gas pipeline fabrication has such advantages as lower investment and shorter construction period.
