摘  要:X28-8井是扶余油田的一口长期隐患井,落入松花江中长达二十多年。由于落江前采用的是封隔器临时封井方式,随着时间的延长很可能出现封隔器失效、套管腐蚀和套外返油事故,一旦原油外溢将对沿江水域造成严重污染;套管头在江底裸露易被行船撞坏,因此存在重大安全环保隐患。通过对此类落入江、湖中的遗留隐患老井立项开展安全治理作业方案优化研究,提出了冬季冰上作业施工方案,从废弃井作业的平台建立、场地准备、封井施工等方面进行了系统设计和安全评价,确保对此类井实施永久废弃处理达到有效封堵。X28-8井现场顺利施工结果表明,设计及配套技术符合水下弃井作业实际,有效控制作业过程中安全环保风险,对此类其它井治理具有较高的借鉴意义。Well X28-8 in Fuyu Oilfield is an old well with hidden dangers in long term and it has fallen into the Songhua River for more than 20 years.Because the well was plugged by using a temporary plug at that time before it was fallen into the river,the plug will be likely to fail,its casing will corrode and oil will reverse out from the casing as the time passes.Waters along the river will be serious polluted once crude oil spills over and in addition,the casing head in the well is exposed in the river and may easily be cracked up by boat,which will result in more seriously pollution on environment.Studied are safe control schemes for such old wells with hidden dangers in long term fallen into rivers and lakes,put forward is the operation scheme on the ice in winter and conducted are systematic design and safety evaluation on well abandonment operation platform establishment,the site preparation and the plugging operation,which can effectively ensure plugging such kind of permanently abandoned wells.Successful plugging operation on the site of Well X28-8 in Fuyu Oilfield shows that design and supporting technology of the scheme are effective,can effectively control risks in well plugging operation and will provide good reference for well plugging operation of other similar wells.
