摘  要:为了解决油田后期开发中含水率较高、原油提纯困难等问题,对含水原油进行研究是必要的。通过密度差、沉降分离等方法对原油进行脱水。目前原油脱水的方法主要有重力法、离心法、化学破乳法、电破乳法、升温破乳法、润湿聚结法等,重力分离和离心式分离器被广泛应用于油田开发中。利用CFD方法对波形管、螺旋管油水分离进行数值模拟,得到了油水分离规律:波形管中第10个波谷处出现明显油水分离,在波峰处出现最大含油率,波谷处出现最大含水率;螺旋管中,在管道外侧偏下方出现最大分离现象。In order to solve such problems as high moisture content and difficult crude oil purification in late oilfield development,it is necessary to study water-bearing crude oil.Adopted are such methods as density difference and settlement separation to dehydrate such crude oil.At present,crude oil dehydration methods mainly include gravity process,centrifugal process,chemical demulsification method,electrical demulsification method and wetting coalescence method.Gravity separator and centrifugal separator are widely applied in oilfield development.CFD method is used to conduct numerical simulation on water and oil separation in corrugated pipe and spiral pipe and water and oil separation rules are obtained from such simulation:obvious water and oil separation phenomenon appears in the 10th wave trough in the corrugated pipe,the highest oil content appears in wave peak and the highest water content appears in wave trough and water and oil separation phenomenon appears in the outside and slightly low section in the spiral pipe.
