摘  要:Ti-6Al-4V具有热导率低、弹性模量低、加工硬化严重及化学活性高等特点,属难加工材料,一般采用涂层硬质合金刀具加工。刀具几何参数对切削力、切削热、加工表面质量有重要影响。对刀具几何参数优化能够获得最优的刀具切削性能。使用有限元分析软件AdvantEdge建立三维立铣模型,采用单因素试验法模拟分析TiCN/Al2O3涂层硬质合金平头立铣刀的螺旋角、径向前角和刀具齿数对铣削力、单位切削能力及切削温度的影响。研究结果表明:硬质合金平头立铣刀铣削Ti-6Al-4V时,刀具齿数对铣削力及单位切削能影响最大,径向前角次之,螺旋角最小;刀具齿数对切削温度的影响最大,螺旋角次之,径向前角最小。Y方向铣削力与单位切削能具有相同的变化趋势,当刀具几何参数组合选择为螺旋角为45°、刀具齿数为3、径向前角为10.5°时,TiCN/Al2O3涂层硬质合金平头立铣刀切削Ti-6Al-4V时的刀具切削性能最佳。Ti - 6Al - 4V is one kind of difficult - to - machine materials due to its characteristics of poor thermal conductivity, low elastic modulus, serious work hardening and the chemical activity. In general it is machined by coated tungsten carbide. Tool geometry has an important influence on the cutting force, cutting heat and the machined surface quality. Optimizing tool geometries is an effective method to achieve the optimal cutting performance. A three - dimensional milling model is developed with the finite element analysis software AdvantEdge and the single factor experiments are employed to analysis the influence of helical angle, teeth number and rake angle of the TiCN/A12O3 coated tungsten carbide fiat end mill on cutting force, specific cutting energy and cutting temperature. The simulation results have shown that when coated tungsten carbide tools machine Ti - 6Al - 4V, the teeth number is the most significant factor to influence the cutting force and specific cutting energy, then is the rake angle the last one is the helical angle. The effects on the cutting temperature in turn are teeth number, helical angle, and rake angle. Cutting force in Y direction has the same trend with specific cutting energy, the tool gets the best performance when helical angle is 45°, teeth number is 3, and rake angle is 10.5°.
