摘　　要：内孔滚压是直、锥孔的一种精密加工方法,本文通过对通孔滚压头、盲孔滚压头和锥孔滚压头结构的介绍,阐述了滚压加工的原理和方法;以油缸内孔滚压为实例,提出了几项工艺保证措施,详细介绍了如何保证内孔的加工精度。Rolling hole is a precision machining method of straight and cone hole. The principle and method of rolling by introducing the structure of rolling head of through hole and blind hole. Take rolling inner hole of cylinder for example, some methods for guaranteeing the quality was proposed and the method to guarantee the machining accuracy has been introduced in detail.
