自发性结肠破裂6例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自发性结肠破裂的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析截止2010年12月收治的自发性结肠破裂6例。结果症状:腹痛5例、腹胀3例、发热3例、恶心2例、呕吐1例。6例均经剖腹探查获得证实,其中2例切除病灶。6例中出现多脏器功能不全1例、腹腔残余脓肿1例。结论自发性结肠破裂好发于老年人,手术前诊断困难,及时而恰当的手术对于治疗具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous rupture of the colon.Methods Retrospective review 6 cases of spontaneous rupture of the colon before December 2010.Results Clinical manifestation： 5 cases with abdominal pain,3 cases with abdominal distention,3 cases with fever,2cases with sick and 1case with vomiting.All cases were conf irmed through exploratory laparotomy.2 cases had perform wide exicision,1 case with MODS,1 case remain intraabdominal infection.Conclusion It very important to perform a felicitous treatment for the patients with spontaneous rupture of colon in time,because it always happen in the elderly and diffi cult to perform an correct diagnose during preoperation.
