摘　　要：目的建立藿补胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量高效液相测定方法。方法色谱柱为PhenomenexODS(5μm,250mm×4.6mmID),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(27∶73),流速1.0mL/min,测定波长为270nm。结果线性范围为0.162～1.62mg(r=0.99999),平均回收率为100.05%,RSD=1.52%(n=6),精密度RSD=1.62%(n=6),重复性RSD=1.94%(n=6)。结论方法简便、稳定、可靠,可用于藿补胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of icariin in Huobu capsule by HPC.Method Chromatographic conditions was as follows： column of Phenomenex ODS（5μm,250mm×4.6mm ID）,mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4（27∶73）,flow rate of 1mL min-1,and detection wavelength of 270nm. Results There was a good linear relationship at a range of 0.162-1.62mg（r=0.999 99）,the average recovery was 100.05%（RSD=1.52%）,precision with RSD of 1.62% （n=6）,repetition with RSD of 1.94% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable,and can be used to determinate icariin in Huobu capsule.
