摘  要:对昆明地区白蜡虫不同虫态的过冷却点进行了测定,结果表明:昆明地区雄虫真蛹期过冷却点最低,中值为-15.81℃,符合正态分布;雌虫越冬时期过冷却点最低,中值为-20.41℃,符合正态分布;对于不同地理种群白蜡虫越冬雌成虫过冷却点的测定表明,长春地区越冬雌成虫在3月份过冷却点显著低于其它地区,过冷却点中值为-23.19℃,不符合正态分布。测定结果表明:白蜡虫在严寒地区抗寒能力增强。The supercooling points (SCP) of Ericerus pela in different instars and geographic populations were determined. The results showed that true pupa stage of males of Kunming population had the lowest SCP (median: - 15.81℃ ), which followed by a normal distribution. The overwintering stage of females had the lowest SCP (me- dian : - 20.41℃), which followed by a normal distribution. Analysis of SCP for different geographic populations of E. pela showed that, the overwintering individuals collected from Changchun in March had the lowest SCP ( median : - 23.19℃ ), but did not followed by a normal distribution. The results implied that the improvement of cold tolerance in E. pela through reducing SCP may enable this species to establish populations in severe cold area.
