摘  要:苏帕河阿鸠田水电站水头高,水轮机过流部件流速高,加之水流泥沙含量大,泥沙中硬矿物含量高,水轮机磨蚀将十分严重。如果不控制有害泥沙含量会导致水轮机运行效率下降、出力减小、检修费用增加,将影响机组运行的灵活性和可靠性。因此设置沉沙池对有害粒径泥沙进行控制,并通过模型试验进行验证、调整。2004年10月至今沉沙池运行效果良好。Ajiutian Hydropower Plant on the Supahe River is characterized by high water head, high velocity of flow passing the turbine components, high sediment content in flow and high hard mineral content in sediment, which cause serious abrasion of the turbines. If the harmful sediment is not controlled in term of its content, the operational efficiency and the output of the turbine would be both reduced, its maintenance cost would be increased, and further either flexibility or reliability of operation of the generating unit would be influenced. Therefore, the sand basin has been set up to control the sediment with harmful grain size, which was tested and readjusted on a model. Since October, 2004 the sand basin has been under successful operation.
