摘　　要：目的:探讨人乳头瘤病毒主要衣壳蛋白(HPVL1)在宫颈液基细胞学检查异常涂片中中的表达,为宫颈癌的筛查、诊断提供理论参考。方法:对73例宫颈液基细胞学结果异常涂片和30例未见上皮内病变及癌变(NILM)涂片行细胞学检查,检测HPVL1蛋白的阳性表达。结果:对照组细胞涂片中无HPVL1蛋白表达3,1例ASC-US细胞涂片中阳性表达率为80.6%(25/31),28例LSL细胞涂片中阳性表达率为64.3%(18/28)1,4 HSL细胞涂片中阳性表达率为7.1%(1/14)。ASC-US组的HPVL1阳性率显著高于HSL组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);ASC-US组和LSL组的HPVL1阳性率显著高于HSL组和对照组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);而HSL组和对照组的HPVL1阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:患者病变越严重宫颈液基细胞中PHVLl蛋白表达率越低,PHVLl蛋白可作为辅助诊断指标用于宫颈癌筛查和诊断。Objective： To study the expression and clinical significance of HPVL1 protein in abnormal smear of liquid-based cervical cytology. Method： The abnormal smear of liquid-based cervical cytology from 73 cases and the smear of 30 cases with negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy（NILM） were given the test liquid-based cervical cytology.The HPVL1 protein expression was detected. Result： There was no HPVL1 protein expression in the smear of control group.The HPVL1 positive rate of 31 cases of ASC-US was 80.6%（25/31）,28 cases of LSL was 64.3 %（18/28） and 14 cases of HSL was 7.1 %（1/14）.The HPVL1 positive rate of ASC-US group was higher than that in HSL group,There was significant difference（P〈0.05）;The HPVL1 positive rate of ASC-US and LSL group was higher than that in the HSL group and control group,There was significant difference（P〈0.05）;and the HPVL1 positive rate was no significantly difference between the HSL group and control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Patients with more severe disease,the HPVL1 positive rate is lower,the PHVLl protein can be used as indicators for the diagnosis and screening of cervical cancer.
