摘 要:目的:探讨对危重患者进行内镜下经皮胃造瘘方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的30例危重患者的病例资料,所有患者均给予内镜下经皮胃造瘘营养支持,并于手术前后观察患者的一般情况,进行对比分析。结果:所有患者均手术成功,手术时间15-30 min,平均(21.5±3.1)min。手术后2个月各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:和传统的外科胃肠造瘘比较,内镜经皮胃造瘘的方法具有操作简单、快速而安全、术后并发症低等优点。Objective: To investigate the method and curative effect of critically ill patients with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy.Method: A retrospective analysis on clinical material of 30 cases critically ill patients who were treated in author's hospital,All patients were given percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy nutrition support,the general conditions before and after surgery of patients were observed,and were compared and analyzed. Result: The operation of all patients was successful,operation time was 15-30 min,average time was(21.5±3.1) min.Each index had been improved obviously 2 months after surgery(P0.05). Conclusion: Comparing with traditional surgical gastrointestinal colostomy,the method of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy were simple,rapid and safety,the postoperative complications are low.
