摘　　要：基于石羊河流域经济社会发展和水资源利用状况,在分析水资源承载能力内涵的基础上,建立了水资源承载能力计算方法,分析了石羊河流域的水资源承载状态,指出石羊河流域在当前和今后一段时期仍将处于超载状态,需要继续加大水资源保护力度,促进实现经济社会可持续发展。Based on the economic and social development and the status of the water resources utilization within Shiyanghe River Basin, not only a method of the calculation on the water resources bearing capacity is established, but also the bearing status of the water resources is also analyzed on the basis of the analysis made on the connotation of water resources bearing capacity. It is pointed out that the water resources bearing capacity of basin is to be under an overload condition at present and in the days to come, and then the protection of the water resources must be still strengthened, so as to promote the realization of the socioeconomic sustainable development therein.
