摘 要:针对典型年法在多年调节水库规划设计中失效的问题,重点讨论了多年调节水库在城镇供水规划中的适用性。根据多年库容的概念,采用试算法计算了设计保证率下的多年库容。在此基础上,结合设计频率年的来水量,计算出了设计保证率下水库的年调节水量。基于水库多目标供水的原则,采用缩减法计算了低保证率用户(如农业供水)在供水破坏年水库的供水量,且以此为基础,计算出了高保证率用户(如城镇供水)水库的设计供水能力。In accordance with the problem from the failure of the typical hydrological year method during the planning and design of carryover storage reservoir, the adaptability of this kind of reservoir in the planning of the urban water supply is emphatically discussed herein. Based on the concept of carryover storage of reservoir, the carryover storage of reservoir under the design probability is calculated with the trial method. On the basis of this, the annual water regulating amount of reservoir under the design probability is calculated in combination with the inflow of the design frequency. In light of the principle of multi-purpose water supply of reservoir, the water supply to the water user with a lower probability ( such as agricultural water supply) during the year of water supply failure is calculated with the reduction method; relied on this, the design water supply capacity of reservoir for the user with a higher probability ( such as urban water supply) is calculated as well.
