摘  要:国内某混凝土重力坝采用了与传统方式不同的高低坎多孔淹没射流消能方式。为宣泄各级流量洪水与调整枢纽水流流态,在溢流坝段中间设置了隔墙结构。然而坝面隔墙位于消力池水跃跃首位置,水流流态十分复杂,其动力响应和稳定性问题十分突出。针对工程实践中的隔墙安全问题,本文基于模型试验并结合数值模拟,分析了该坝坝面隔墙在复杂工作条件下的静动力特性,讨论了其结构特征与流激振动安全性之间的关系,并对其的稳定性进行了评价,得出结论:该工程泄槽隔墙在结构设计时应采取适当措施予以加强,且研究成果可为今后类似工程提供参考。A mode of dissipation, other than the traditional one, with upper and lower flip buckets and multiple submerged jets is adopted on a concrete gravity dam constructed in China; for which a partition structure is arranged on the middle of the overflow section of the dam for discharging the flood at all the relevant levels and adjusting the flow pattern of the project. However, not only the flow pattern therein is quite complicated, but the problems from both the dynamic response and stability are more extrusive, as the dam surface partition wall is just located in front of the hydraulic jump to the plunge pool. In accordance with the safety problem from the engineering practice concerned, the static and dynamic characteristics of the surface partition wall of this dam under the complicated operation condition are analyzed based on the model test combined with the related numerical simula- tion ; in which the relationship between the structural character and the safety of the flow-induced vibration is discussed and then its stability is evaluated as well. The conclusion shows that some appropriate measures for strengthening the chute partition wall of the project must be made during the structural design concerned, furthermore, this study result can also provide a reference for the similar project in the days to come.
