摘 要:针对有关工程的初步设计,进行了水轮机进水阀的应用研究。通过调查和数学计算,进行了高水头蝶阀与球阀的技术经济比较,并进行了相关论证分析。结果表明,在满足水轮机进水阀运行功能的前提下,在一定的水头范围内(如:250m),水轮机进水阀采用高水头蝶阀最为经济,可以较大幅度地节约水轮机进水阀设备投资,从而提高设备的投资效益。An applicable study on inlet valve of hydraulic turbine is made herein for the preliminary design of a relevant project. Based on the investigation and mathematical calculation concerned, a tech-economic comparison is made between both the highhead butterfly valve and ball valve along with the related demonstration and analysis. The result shows that within a certain head range (i. e. 250 m) , taking the high-head butterfly valve as the inlet valve for hydraulic turbine is most economical under the precondition of meeting the requirement of the operation function of the inlet valve for hydraulic turbine. In this way, not only the investment for the equipment of the hydraulic turbine inlet valve can be largely saved, but the investment efficiency of the equipment can also be enhanced.
