摘  要:本文介绍了依据自激往复式惯性振动原理设计的1SZ系列多功能振动式土壤改良机,该机采用了L形三维特型深松铲和凿型深松鼠洞铲组合机构,并进行了田间改土性能试验。试验结果证明,该复合机构可实现节能降耗、提高改土效果、增加作业功能,通过性良好,而且可在不破坏土壤的上下耕层结构的情况下,实现保护性耕作并高效涵蓄天然降水。The multifunctional vibration-type soil-improving machine of 1SZ series designed with the principle of serf-excited reciprocating inertia-vibration is described herein; for which not only a combined mechanism of both the L-type 3-D subsoiling shovel and the chisel-shaped subsoiling shovel is adopted, hut also the performance test on the field soil-improvement is made. The test result shows that the combined mechanism can realize the energy-saving, enhance the effect on soil-improvement and increase the operation function with a better accessibility, furthermore, the protective tillage and high-effective conservation of natural precipitation can be realized under the condition of non-destructing the upper and lower tilth structures of the soil.
