摘　　要：分析了活性艳蓝BES在小样染色和卷染大生产时,染料扩散性对得色偏差的影响。影响染料扩散性的因素包括上染温度、上染时间、半制品种类、车速和中性盐;指出在制定卷染生产处方时要全面考虑,防止因扩散程度不同而导致缸差、头尾色差。Effects of diffusion of reactive brilliant blue BES on color deviation in sample dyeing and jigger dyeing are discussed. Factors affecting the diffusion of the dye include dyeing temperature, dyeing time, type of semi-finished goods, operating speed, and neutral salts. It needs to take full account of all factors in formulating dyeing prescription to prevent lot to lot color variation and tailing due to diffusion of dye.
