摘　　要：采用M和KE两类双活性基活性染料对甲基丙烯酰胺接枝增重蚕丝进行染色。应用正交设计方法,系统研究了温度、盐、碱和固色时间四个工艺因素对固色率的影响,优化了染色工艺。在此基础上,筛选出6只高固色率活性染料,其提升性和色牢度性能均较佳。Using bifunctional M and KE reactive dyes,dyeing of methacrylic amide grafted and weighted silk is carried out. The influences of dyeing temperature, satt, alkaline and fixation time on fixation rate are investigated by the orthogonal design, and the dyeing process is optimized. On this condition, six reactive dyes with higher fixation rate are selected, and they feature better build-up property and color fastness.
