摘　　要：机电科是矿井机电管理的职能部门,负责对矿井机电系统进行业务检查指导和矿井机电设备管理,建立机电工作的正常秩序,做到科学管理、合理使用、计划检修、安全运转。潘西煤矿机电科成立专业化管理小组,明确管理职责,规范各项管理制度,确保了矿井机电系统安全、经济运行。The main task of electromechanical department is do electromechanical management.It is in charge of check and guidance of mine electrical equipment system,management of device,establishing the normal order of the mechanical and electrical work,for making scientific management,reasonable use,planned maintenance,and security operation.The establishment of electromechanical department of Panxi Coal Mine defines management duties,regulate the management system,and ensure that the mine safety and economic operation of mechanical and electrical system
