摘　　要：伴随着我国城市化和工业化进程的不断推进,征地问题也日益严重,征地问题中最突出的就是失地农民的保障问题,本文就针对这些问题展开探讨,并提出笔者的独到见解。With the process of urbanization and industrialization, there are many problems in land expropriation, especially the security of land-lost farmers. Aiming at these problems, the article discussed and put forward the author＇s unique insights.
