摘　　要：本文从文化生态视域下分析了西部地区少儿图书馆服务与建设存在的突出问题,提出了在实施"十二五"的新形势下加快少儿图书馆服务与建设的思路和途径。In this paper, outstanding problems in the service and construction of children＇s library in western region were analyzed under the field of vision of cultural ecology, and ideas and approaches of speeding up service and construction of children＇s library under the new situation of implementing ＂the twelfth five-year＂ plan.
