摘 要:针对普光气田自身特点,以集输管网投资最小为目标,以管网各节点的流量、压力及管道的压力限制等为约束条件,建立了树状集输管网布局、管径和阀门数目全局优化数学模型,采用双重编码遗传算法对模型进行求解,获得了总投资费用最省的管网布局、管径和阀门数目。优化过程中,针对普光湿气集输采用气液混输的特点,确定了湿天然气的物性计算和热力计算模型。通过计算值与实测值的比较,确定了适用于湿气混输管线且精度较高的水力计算模型,保证了优化过程中物性、压力和温度计算以及优化模型约束条件校核的准确性。实例计算表明,所建立模型准确,优化算法有效,对降低高含硫气田管网建设成本和提高管网安全性有重要指导意义。In view of characteristics of the natural gas from the Puguang gas field,a mathematical model for the global optimization of tree-type network layout,pipe diameters and valve numbers,was established,which had an objective to minimize the investment cost of a gathering pipe network construction and took the flow rate,pressure and pipe diameter of each nodal point of the network as constraint conditions.A dual coding genetic algorithm that combines binary coding with integer coding was adopted to solve problems encountered in optimizing tree-type pipe network layout,pipe diameters and valve numbers simultaneously in order to minimize the total investment cost.Given the gas-condensate flow in pipelines,models for calculating physical properties and temperature drop,the wet gas from the Puguang gas field were established respectively,and a hydraulic calculation model which is applicable to miscible delivery pipelines and capable of high calculation accuracy was chosen by comparing the calculated data with measured ones,which ensured the check veracity for calculations of physical properties,pressures and temperatures during the optimization and for the constraint condition of optimized models as well.Practical examples have verified the accuracy of the proposed optimization model and the feasibility of the optimized algorithm.This approach is of guiding significance both in reducing the investment cost of a pipeline network construction of the acid gas and in enhancing the security of gathering pipe networks.
