摘　　要：目的利用转移淋巴结放疗动物模型,研究扩散加权成像(DWI)评估早期疗效的价值。方法建立新西兰大白兔VX2移植瘤转移淋巴结模型,并随机分为放疗组(10只)和对照组(7只),分别于放疗前、放疗后第1、3、7天行MRI常规及DWI检查,测量淋巴结的大小及ADC值。结果两组各时间点转移淋巴结体积变化未见明显差异(P>0.05)。放疗组放疗后第3和第7天的ADC值分别为1.267±0.200和1.688±0.330,明显高于放疗前的1.054±0.120和放疗后第1天的1.040±0.170(P<0.01)。结论与传统方法比较,DWI能更早反应实验动物转移淋巴结放疗后的变化。Objective To study the value of diffusion-weighted imaging（DWI） in evaluating the afficacy of radiotherapy on metastasis lymph node in rabbit model with xenografts of VX2 tumor.Methods The VX2 tumor xenograft models were established into 17 New Zeland rabbits,which were divided in two groups of radiotherapy（10 rabbits） and control（7 rabbits）.DWI and MRI were performed,respectively,before and on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after radiotherapy and the volumes and ADC values of the metastasis lymph nodes were measured.Results There were no significant differences at all time points in the changes of the size of metastasis lymph nodes between two groups（P0.05）.The ADC values on the 3rd and 7th day after radiotherapy were 1.267±0.20 and 1.688±0.33,which were significantly higher than 1.054±0.12 before and 1.040±0.17 on the 1st day after radiotherapy （P0.01）.Conclusion Compared to conventional MRI,DWI can reveal the early changes of metastasis lymph node after radiotherapy in rabbit model with xenografts of VX2 tumor.
