爱贝芙肉芽肿的病理分析及文献回顾研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨爱贝芙肉芽肿的病理特征,简要综述相关的病例报道。方法:对4例临床诊断为爱贝芙注射后肉芽肿的组织进行病理学检查。计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库以及PubMed数据库1993-2011年的相关文章。结果:病理学检查发现有两例符合典型爱贝芙肉芽肿的特点,另外两例则类似液体硅胶或其它填充材料引起的肉芽肿。共纳入26例文献报道的爱贝芙肉芽肿,总结了爱贝芙肉芽肿发生的年龄、性别、治疗部位、发病部位、临床表现、病理特征、治疗方法以及疗效等。结论:尽管注射爱贝芙有较高的安全性,仍然存在肉芽肿发生的可能性,并可能存在某些诱因。由于在注射后数月至数年甚至十几年后都有可能发生爱贝芙肉芽肿,因此临床工作中可能存在误诊,组织病理学有助于诊断。Objective To explore the pathological characteristics of artecoll granuloma and briefly review the related case reports.Methods Four cases clinically diagnosed artecoll granuloma of biopsies were performed by histopathological observation and brief literature review.Results According to the pathology examination,two cases were accordance with the typical artecoll granuloma.While another two cases showed more like Silicone or other material infiltration.Twenty-six cases were found being reported the artecoll granuloma,and the age,sex,therapy,location,clinical manifestation,pathology characteristics,managing means,and therapy effect were summmorized.Conclusion Although high safety artecoll injection has,artecoll granuloma can happen with or without any causes.Error diagnosis may be made for that artecoll granuloma may take place after so long time as ten years,and histopathological observation can help diagnosis.
