摘 要:研究了工艺参数对挤压铸造ADC12合金力学性能的影响。通过对车门内板挤压铸造过程进行仿真分析,得出了不同浇注温度和模具温度下充型过程中的温度场分布。并据此设计了两组不同参数对工艺车门内板进行挤压铸造,并完成了产品的试制。通过拉伸试验、金相组织及能谱分析对铸件质量进行了评价。对比分析表明,在浇注温度为730℃、模具温度为310℃、压力为27MPa条件下,得到了α铝基体为细小等轴晶、力学性能和表面质量良好的铸件。Effects of processing parameters on mechanical properties of squeezing casting ADC12 alloy were investigated.Through simulating squeezing casting process of door inner panel with the help of a CAE software,distribution of temperature field during filling process was presented at different pouring temperatures and mold temperatures.Based on the simulation results,two sets of processing parameters were designed to squeeze door inner panel for automobile,and door inner panel was produced successfully.Evaluation of aluminum panel quality was carried out in term of tensile testing,metallographic observation,environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM) and auger electron spectrometry.It is found that the door inner panel with a relatively high mechanical properties and good surface quality as well as fine quiaxed primary Al phase can be obtained with pouring at 730 ℃ and pressure of 27 MPa as well as mold temperature of 310 ℃.
