摘  要:用传统日用瓷粘接料浆对99%的Al2O3陶瓷进行素坯连接,成功实现复杂空间构型陶瓷骨架的构建。通过SEM表征了陶瓷骨架粘接界面的微观形貌,结果发现,中间层厚度约250μm,骨架力学性能良好。应用熔体压力浸渗工艺将熔融铝合金与所构建的陶瓷骨架穿插复合,复合后的材料显示出轻质高强的特性。Construction of ceramic network with complicated topological structure was successfully realized by joining 99% Al2O3 ceramic green billets with conventional ceramic slurry.Microstructure of bonding interface of ceramic network was characterized by SEM(scanning electron microscope).The results show that the thickness of middle layer is approximately 250 μm,and the ceramic network exhibits desirable mechanical properties.Liquid aluminum alloy was infiltrated into the constructed network by pressure infiltration processing to obtain the 3D co-continuous composites.The fabricated composites exhibit the features of light weight and high strength.
