萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗儿童花斑糠疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗儿童花斑糠疹的疗效及安全性。方法:129例儿童花斑糠疹患儿随机分为两组,治疗组67例,对照组62例,两组在病程、性别、年龄上无统计学差别;治疗组每天外搽萘替芬酮康唑乳膏2次,对照组外搽酮康唑乳膏2次,两组疗程均6周。于治疗前、治疗结束后分别记录患儿皮损情况、真菌检查及有无不良反应。结果:治疗组的有效率为92.54%,对照组的有效率为74.19%,治疗组和对照组比较疗效有统计学差异。治疗组的真菌清除率为98.51%,对照组的真菌清除率为90.32%,治疗组和对照组真菌清除率比较有统计学差异。两组患儿均无明显不良反应发生。结论:萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗儿童花斑糠疹安全有效。Objective：To observe the efficacy of naftifine/ketoconazole cream in the treatment of pityriasis versicolor in children.Methods： 129 cases with pityriasis versicolor in children were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the treatment group were given topical naftifine/ketoconazole cream twice daliy;patients in the control group were given topical ketoconazole cream twice daliy.The therapy lasted six weeks.Results： At the end of treatment,the response rate in the treatment group was 92.54%,and that in the control group was 74.19%.The fungal clearance rate in the treatment group was 98.51%,and that in the control group was 90.32%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.No significant adverse events were found.Conclusion： Naftifine/ketoconazole cream is effective and safe in the treatment of pityriasis versicolor in children.
