摘　　要：目的:探讨bFGF联合微波治疗应用于压疮的护理效果。方法:选择压疮15例,其中Ⅱ期压疮10例、Ⅲ期5例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组将bFGF喷洒于压疮创面,结合微波治疗;对照组用抗生素药液湿敷,予红外线局部照射,观察创面修复情况及愈合速度。结果:实验组与对照组创面愈合率无统计学差异(p=0.569);实验组创面愈合速度为(0.1-0.3)mm/d,对照组为(0.07-0.15)mm/d,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);实验组有效率高于对照组。结论:bFGF联合微波治疗应用于压疮的护理,疮面愈合效果好于传统的抗生素湿敷及红外线照射法。Objective：To observe the effect of nursing care of bedsore patients treated with basic fibroblast growth factor and combined with microwave therapy;Methods： A total of 15 sites of bedsores were selected,among which,10 sites in the second stage,5 in the third stage,and divided into test and control groups.Patients of test group were given basic fibroblast growth factor sprayed on the surface of bedsores and combined with microwave therapy.Patients of control group were offered antibiotic solution wet compressing and local irradiance with infrared ray.Then both the repair and the healing speed of wound surface of all cases were observed.Results： In terms of both the healing speed of wound surface and general effectiveness rate,the presence of healing of test group were not significantly different from control group,but patients of test group were superior to that in control group（p0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of nursing care of bedsore patients treated with basic fibroblast growth factor and combined with microwave therapy were better than the traditional way of antibiotics wet compressing and local irradiation with infrared ray.
