跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法 30例32侧有移位跟骨关节内骨折,采用外侧入路切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,观察分析骨折愈合及并发症发生情况。结果随访8～34个月,平均16个月。按Maryland足部评分标准,优17侧,良10侧,可3侧,差2侧,优良率为81%。结论有移位的跟骨关节内骨折,切开复位、钢板内固定,疗效满意。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of operative treatment for intra-articular fracture.Methods Totally 30 patients with 32 feet of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture were treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation.The fracture healing and complications were observed and analyzed.Results All cases were followed up for 6~34 months,averaged 16 months.According to Maryland foot score system,there was 17 excellent feet,10 good feet,3 fair feet and 2 poor feet,the excellent and good rate was 81%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures provides satisfactory outcome.
