摘 要:本研究以高代自交获得的4份具有不同抽薹时间且遗传稳定的春甘蓝品系为材料,在观察其园艺学性状的基础上,分析了抽薹性状与可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量之间的关系,结果显示,耐抽薹春甘蓝品系的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量低于不耐抽薹的,抽薹前春甘蓝的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量也均低于抽薹后的。进一步的转录分析结果表明,5个与植物抽薹开花相关的FLC、FT、SOC1、AP1和VRN2等基因在抽薹前后春甘蓝株系的不同器官中,其转录水平均有显著差异,其中,FLC和AP1基因有两个转录本,且上述基因不但在调控植物的抽薹开花等生殖发育过程中起重要的作用,还参与了其他营养生长的生理生化过程。Four spring cabbage inbred lines, which were obtained from self cross by several generations with steady bolting time, were employed to study the bolting characters in this study. Based on the investigation of horticultural characters, the soluble protein content and the soluble sugar content have been measured. Results showed that the soluble protein content and the soluble sugar content from the later bolting spring cabbage are always higher than that of the early bolting inbred lines, and with the same trend between before and after bolting. This result hinted the soluble protein content and the soluble sugar content could be regarded as the physiological markers to identify the bolting time in spring cabbage in the future. Further RT-PCR analysis results indicated that there were remarkable transcriptional differences between before and after bolting among the five bolting related genes, FLC, FT, SOC1, AP1 and VRN 2, and the two transcription versions have been detected from the FLC and AP1 genes. Moreover, these bolting related genes involves not only in the reproductive processes such as bolting and flowering etc., but also in the vegetative processes in spring cabbage.
