摘 要:研究了采用LD-RH-LF-CC工艺流程生产帘线钢时,钢中酸溶铝含量的变化情况。研究发现,精炼过程中酸溶铝含量略有下降,但连铸过程中酸溶铝含量急剧下降。夹杂物中Al2O3含量随着酸溶铝含量的上升而逐渐增大。SiO2含量降低时夹杂物熔点提高。采用低碱度、低Al2O3含量的顶渣精炼工艺,严格控制钢中w([Als])在0.000 5%~0.001%范围内,促进夹杂物上浮,有利于钢中氧化物夹杂的数量减少、尺寸细小和塑性化。Effect of acid-soluble aluminum on the property of the inclusions during the production process of LD RH--LF--CC of tyre cord steel was investigated. It is found that Acid-soluble aluminum has a slight decrease trend during the refining process but drops rapidly during the continuous casting process. With the increase of Acid-solu- ble aluminum content, the Al2O3content in the inclusions increases while the SiO2 content decrease, meanwhile the melting of inclusions increases. Using top slag with low basicity and low Al2O3 content in the refining process, strictly controlling the Acid-soluble aluminum within a range of 0. 000 5 %-0. 001%, as well as promoting floating upward of inclusions, will be benefit for low number and little size and plastification of the inclusions in steel.
