摘  要:炼钢-连铸区段是钢铁生产流程中的重要区段,此区段产能和工序作业率的核算一直是人们关心的问题。基于甘特图组合产能核算法,研究了产品大纲、拉速和公称容量对炼钢-连铸区段产能和作业率的影响规律。研究表明,拉速是影响流程产能和作业率的关键因素,公称容量的选择必须与拉速相协调,产品大纲对流程产能和作业率影响不大。针对不同的拉速水平,找出对应的公称容量和合理的产能规模。Steelmaking-continuous casting is the important section in iron and steel manufacturing process, and the calculation of productivity and operating rates is a common concerned problem. The effect of such factors as produc- tion mix, casting speed and nominal capacity on flow productivity and operating rates was carried out based on the combination of Gantt chart. The result shows that the casting speed is the key influencing factor of flow productivity and operating rates and the nominal capacity should be chosen according to the casting speed. The production has little influence on the values mentioned above. The rational flow capacity and nominal capacity are proposed in view of different casting speed.
