摘　　要：本文介绍了日照钢铁热轧1580带钢厂整流变压器的运行与管理,主要介绍了9台主电机整流变压器基本原理、结构优点、维护管理经验和故障解决方法,提高整流变压器的稳定性和经济性,避免设备出现事故,影响生产。The article introduces operation and management of the rectifier transformer in 1580mm Hot Strip Steel Mill in Rizhao Iron ＆ Steel Co.. It describe their basic theory, structural advantages, experience of maintain management, methods of solve malfunction about 9 main motor rectifier transformers, in order to improve the stability and economy of the rectifier transformer and avoid equipment accident to influence product.
