摘  要:以硅胶负载硅钨酸(H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/硅胶)为催化剂,对以正丁醇和丙酸为原料合成丙酸正丁酯的反应条件进行了研究。较系统地研究了酸醇物质的量比、催化剂的用量、带水剂的用量、反应时间诸因素对酯收率的影响。实验表明,硅胶负载硅钨酸催化剂是合成丙酸正丁酯的良好催化剂,在n(丙酸):n(正丁醇)=1:1.3,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.88%,带水剂环己烷8mL,反应时间45min的优化条件下,丙酸正丁酯的收率可达85.4%。H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/Silica gel was used as catalyst for the esterification of propionic acid with n-butanol. The effects of the molar ratio of alcohol to propionic acid,the amount of the catalyst,and the reaction time on synthesizing n-butyl propionate were investigated.A suitable condition for synthesizing n-butyl propionate was obtained,that is,the molar ratio of propionic acid to alcohol is 1:1.3,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants is 0.88%,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8mL,and the reaction time is 45min.Under this condition,the yield of n-butyl propionate can reach 85.4%.
