泥鳅粉对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨泥鳅粉对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用.[方法]将昆明种小鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、泥鳅粉小(0.39g/kg)、中(0.78g/kg)、大(1.56g/kg)剂量组,连续灌胃给药3周,正常对照组及模型对照组给予等量蒸馏水,末日除正常对照组外均灌胃给予50度白酒(0.012mL/g),禁食不禁水12h后取血、肝组织,测定生物化学指标水平.[结果]与模型对照组比较,泥鳅粉小、中、大剂量组血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平显著提高,三酰甘油及丙二醛含量均明显降低(P<0.05).[结论]泥鳅粉对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤有一定的保护作用.OBJECTIVE To observe preventive effect of Loach powder on acute alcohol-induced liver injury in mice. METHODS Establishing the normal group, model group, Loach powder low （0.39 g/kg）, medium （0.78 g/kg） and high （1.56 g/kg） dose of groups. RESULTS Continuous oral administration three weeks , and the normal group and model group were given the same amount of distilled water, the last day mice were irrigated with 50 liquor （0. 012 mL/g）, except for the normal group; after 12 h fasting can not help but water, biochemical indicators in blood and liver were detected. Then compared with the model group, the serum alanine aminotransferase level was reduced （P〈0.05 , P〈0.01）, and glutathione peroxidase level was increased, triglyceride and malondialdehyde content （P〈0.05） were reduced in liver tissue on low, medium and high dose of groups. CONCLUSION Loach powder have some protective effects on acute alcoholic liver injury.
