北京市怀柔区某社区脑卒中高危人群血压分布现状

摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区脑卒中高危人群血压水平分布现状,为相关部门采取防控措施提供依据,以减少或延缓脑卒中的发生。方法采取整群抽样的方法,在某社区中随机抽取≥45岁以上的常驻居民460人作为被调查对象,分析其血压分布现状。调查内容主要包括问卷调查和体格检查两个部分。结果脑卒中高危人群中高血压患病率为62.3%,男性患病率为64.3%,女性患病率为61.2%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在脑卒中高危人群血压水平分级正常血压者中,血压正常高值筛出率占38.2%,;在脑卒中高危人群中曾诊断为高血压者为112人,占脑卒中高危人群的29.3%;高血压患者中,高血压2级、3级之和占38.4%,高于高血压1级的患病率(34.0%)。结论脑卒中高危人群中高血压患病率较高,因此,应积极预防和治疗高血压,延缓脑卒中的发生,降低脑卒中发病率、致残率和死亡率。[Objective]To understand the blood pressure distribution of high-risk population susceptible to stroke in Huairou district of Beijing,provide the basis for implementation of control measures,so as to reduce and delay the occurrence of stroke. [Methods]460 residents over 45 years old were randomly selected from a community by cluster sampling,and their blood pressure distribution was analyzed.The investigation included questionnaire and physical examination. [Results]The prevalence rate of hypertension in high-risk population susceptible to stroke was 62.3%.The prevalence rate among men and women was 64.3% and 61.2% respectively,and the difference was not significant（P0.05）.Among the people with normal blood pressure in high-risk population susceptible to stroke,the detection rate of normal high value of blood pressure was 38.2%.Among high-risk population susceptible to stroke,112 people have been diagnosed with hypertension,which accounted for 29.3%.Among hypertension patients,38.4% were Class 2 or Class 3,which was higher than the prevalence rate of Class 1（34.0%）. [Conclusion]The prevalence rate of hypertension in high-risk population susceptible to stroke was high.It is necessary to actively prevent and treat hypertension,so as to delay the occurrence of stroke,and reduce the incidence rate,disability rate and mortality rate of stroke.
