摘 要:在O2气氛下,研究了煤与污泥2种燃料中添加4种钙基固硫剂(CaO、Ca(OH)2、CaCO3和白云石(CaCO3.MgCO3))后的SO2和NOX的释放特性。结果表明:(1)煤燃烧时SO2的释放曲线和NO较相似,呈现2个析出峰;污泥燃烧过程中SO2和NO的释放规律一致,35s时烟气中SO2和NO瞬时质量浓度达到峰值,分别为2 155、590mg/m3,污泥燃烧烟气中SO2和NO都没有出现第2个析出峰。(2)添加钙基固硫剂对煤燃烧烟气中NO的释放没有明显影响,CaO、Ca(OH)2的存在反而使NO瞬时浓度峰值高于未添加钙基固硫剂;污泥燃烧过程中也有相同的现象。(3)煤中添加钙基固硫剂后,烟气中SO2瞬时浓度不同程度地降低。CaO和Ca(OH)2的脱硫效率相差不大,烟气中SO2瞬时质量浓度峰值分别为887、935mg/m3;CaCO3与白云石的脱硫效率小于CaO和Ca(OH)2。污泥中添加固硫剂后,烟气中SO2瞬时浓度都不同程度地降低,4种钙基固硫剂的脱硫效率总体依次为CaO>Ca(OH)2>CaCO3>白云石。(4)钙硫摩尔比(Ca/S)一般都为2~3。(5)煤燃烧产生的SO2排放量高于污泥;在700℃下,煤和污泥燃烧烟气中SO2排放量分别为12 472、5 592mg/kg;随着温度升高,SO2排放量增加。(6)钙基固硫剂的最佳脱硫温度为850~950℃。Combustion of coal and sludge with adding 4 kinds of calcium-based sulfur catcher(CaO,Ca(OH)2,CaCO3 and CaCO3·MgCO3) was conducted under oxygen atmosphere.The SO2 and NOX emission characteristics during combustion process were analyzed.Following conclusions were obtained:(1) the emission curve of SO2 was similar to that of NOX during coal combustion,they both had two peaks.During sludge combustion,the SO2 and NOX presented similar emission characteristic,the instantaneous concentration of SO2 and NOX both reached the highest value of 2 155,590 mg/m3 at 35 s,and there was no second peak in emission curve.(2) Calcium-based sulfur catcher had little effect on NO emission during coal combustion,existence of CaO,Ca(OH)2 could even increase the peak value of NO instantaneous concentration,similar phenomenon was also found in sludge combustion.(3) Calcium-based sulfur catcher could decrease the SO2 instantaneous concentration during coal and sludge combustion.Compared with CaCO3 and CaCO3·MgCO3,CaO and Ca(OH)2 had better desulfurization performance during coal combustion with peak value of SO2 instantaneous concentration in flue gas were 887,935 mg/m3 respectively.While in sludge combustion process,desulfurization performance of 4 calcium-based sulfur catcher was in order of CaOCa(OH)2CaCO3CaCO3·MgCO3.(4) The Ca/S(molar ratio) was better ranged 2-3.(5) SO2 produced in coal combustion was higher than sludge combustion.Combustion of coal and sludge at 700 ℃,the emission of SO2 in flue gas was 12 472,5 592 mg/kg respectively.The emission of SO2 was increased with increasing the combustion temperature.(6) The optimal temperature for calcium additives to capture of sulfur was 850-950 ℃.
