摘  要:利用一种新型可生物降解聚合物聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)作为反硝化的碳源和附着生长载体构建反硝化反应器,进行反硝化效果研究,并利用聚合酶链式反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳技术研究该反应器挂膜阶段生物膜微生物的组成、结构变化及其与净化效果的关系。结果表明,利用PBS作为反硝化的碳源和附着生长载体构建的反硝化反应器脱氮效果显著,并且在进水水质发生剧烈变化(NO3--N浓度加倍)的情况下,反硝化反应器运行仍保持稳定,表现出了良好的抗负荷冲击能力;反硝化反应器内同时存在PBS降解、厌氧反硝化及好氧反硝化等多种反应过程,它们之间相互作用、相互影响,共同使反硝化反应器达到平衡,保证了其良好的运行状态;为反硝化反应器运行的微生物层面的研究以及优化反硝化反应器工况设置、改进工艺流程提供了一定的理论参考。The nitrate removal efficiency of a denitrifying reactor structured by poly-butylenes succinate(PBS),a new type of biodegradable polymers(BDPs),was investigated in this paper.Polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) was used to investigate the microbial community dynamic change of the biofilm over PBS during different operating period.The results demonstrated that PBS in denitrifying reactor was used as carbon source and carrier of denitrifying microbial;the reactor showed a good performance on denitrification and it was capable to resistance the variational NO-3-N load.The operating of reactor kept in stable even if the influent NO-3-N was sharply increased.PBS degradation,anaerobic denitrification and aerobic denitrification were co-existed in the reactor,they related and influenced with each other and help the reactor maintain equilibrium.Coordinated with denitrification effect,the community structure of microorganism transformed in different periods and got stability in the end.
