门诊抗高血压药物处方分析

摘　　要：目的:评价我院门诊抗高血压药物的使用情况。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年3月门诊处方中治疗高血压处方300张,分析患者的性别、年龄、抗高血压药物的用药频度(DDDs)及药物联合应用情况。结果:以老年患者为主,男性略高于女性,CCB与ACEI的使用频次最高。联合用药方案较合理,其中以二联用药居多。结论:我院抗高血压药应用基本符合《中国高血压防治指南》。抗高血压药物品种繁多,选择安全、有效、经济、合理的药物至关重要。Objective：To probe antihypertensive drugs using in our hospital. Methods： 300 outpatient prescriptions used in the treatment of hypertensive blood pressure were analyzed retrospectively in March 2010 in our hospital. The sex, age, antihypertensive medication frequency （DDDs） and the joint application of the drug were analyzed. Results： Most cases were aged, and males were slightly higher than females. The most frequently prescribed antihypertensive drugs were CCB and ACEI.The drugs combination therapies were rational,most of which were combination of two drugs. Conclusion： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically in line with 〈China Guidelines on Prevention and Management of High Blood Pressure〉. Antihypertensive drugs have a wide variety, ehoicing safe, effective, economic and rational use of drug is crucial.
