社会网络特征、工作搜索策略对新生代农民工再就业的影响

摘　　要：近年来新生代农民工已成为农村外出务工队伍的主体。本文在对583名新生代农民工问卷调查的基础上,采用相关分析、回归分析和结构方程建模等分析方法对社会网络特征与新生代农民工再就业质量、工作满意感之间的关系及工作搜索策略在其中的作用进行了探讨。研究表明,社会网络特征对新生代农民工工作搜索策略有正向影响;社会网络特征对新生代农民工再就业质量与工作满意感有正向影响;工作搜索策略在社会网络特征与再就业质量之间具有完全中介作用,在社会网络特征与工作满意感之间具有部分中介作用,其中介作用主要是通过探索策略和随意策略两因素来实现。On the questionnaires of 583 new generations of the peasant workers,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model were used to examine the specific relations between social network characteristics and reemployment quality,job satisfaction,and the effect of job search strategy among them.The results revealed that: ①Social network characteristics had significant effects on job search strategy;②Social network characteristics had indirect effects on reemployment quality and job satisfaction;③Job search strategy was the full meditating variable in the relationship between social network characteristics and reemployment quality,and was the part meditating variable in the relationship between social network characteristics and job satisfaction.The meditating effect was shown in the two facets of exploratory job search strategy and haphazard job search strategy.
