农户联户担保参与决策过程及其影响因素研究——基于陕西、甘肃两省789户农户调查

摘　　要：本文构建农户联户担保参与决策过程框架,从农户人口学特征、生产经营特征、财务状况特征、信用状况评价特征和风险意识特征等方面建立联保参与决策影响因素指标体系,并利用陕甘两省897户农户调查数据进行了实证分析。研究表明,农户对小额信贷联户担保机制普遍认同,但其对联保贷款机制的认同感与其参与度并不一致;农户家庭耕地面积、家庭总收入、信用状况以及农户是否愿意为他人担保四个指标对农户联户担保的参与决策有显著的正向影响,户主年龄对其参与联户担保的决策意愿有负向影响。This paper builds framework to explain how farmers make decision of joining guarantee group,and establishes an influence factor index based on farm households' demographic character,production character,financial character,credit rationing character and risk idea character,and economically analyzes factors further according to survey data of 897 farm households in Shaanxi and Gansu provinces.The results show that farmers mostly approve of guarantee group system,and variables such as farm land size,total income of household,farmers' situation of credit ration,and farmer's willingness to guarantee loans for others have significantly positive influence for farmers on making decision to join guarantee group,while farmers' age as variable has negative influence on decision making.
