摘　　要：馆藏知识不是价值中立的,而是价值负载的。知识与权力的内在价值关涉性,致使馆藏知识在其生成、选择、传递、评价等方面为一定社会权力所控制,彰显着馆藏知识的社会控制特性。Collection knowledge is not value neutrality,but value load.The intrinsic value of knowledge and power leads to the result that the generation,selection,delivery,evaluation of collection knowledge is under the control of a certain social power,which manifests the characteristics of social control of collection knowledge.
