摘　　要：调查显示,建设工程质量安全事故频发,与不合理建设工期密切相关。而不合理建设工期现象,像一个愈隐愈长的魔影,正在一些建筑工地游走。魔影背后究竟隐含着怎样的动机和原因？建设工期又该怎样回归理性？In the bidding period of engineering construction, construction enterprises will work out rational time limit according to engineering drawing, construction request, construction law, own construction ability and control level. However, during the engineering construction process, some construction units will influenced by external environment out of some objectives, leading to the common phenomena of unreasonable design. In China, there are many engineering accidents of safety and quality caused by unreasonable time limit.
