芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭54例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将108例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例,对照组予抗心力衰竭常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予芪苈强心胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组心功能改善总有效率及中医证候改善总有效率分别为92.59%、94.44%,而对照组仅分别为74.07%、75.93%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上予芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭可更有效地改善心功能和缓解其临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qili Qiangxin capsule for chronic heart failure.Methods： 108 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,54 patients per group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional anti-heart failure therapy,and in treatment group with the the capsules based on the therapy in control group.Results： The total efficiencies in improvement of cardiac function and of TCM syndromes in treatment group were respectively 92.59% and 94.44%,while in control group were 74.07% and 75.93%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Based on the conventional treatment with the western medicine,Qili Qiangxin capsules therapy for chronic heart failure is more effective to improve cardiac function and relieve its symptoms.
