摘　　要：武警学院研究生教育正面临向规模化的方向迈进。随着研究生教育规模的迅速扩大,研究生的德育问题也日益突出。深入分析目前学院研究生德育现状,力求准确把握研究生德育工作的普遍性与学院研究生教育特殊性之间的矛盾,积极探索实现学院德育的有效途径。The Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Force Academy is now working on extending the scale of graduates education.As the rapid expansion of postgraduates education scale,the deficiency of morality education for under postgraduates becomes more and more urgent.It is practical and meaningful to use the morality education as the impetus to perfect the postgraduates＇ education and routine supervision.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of our postgraduates＇ education-the lack of morality education,and then discusses the countermeasures based on a thorough understanding for the universality and particularity of postgraduates＇ morality education.
