摘　　要：目的:对国内32个厂家生产的阿司匹林肠溶片进行质量考察。方法:对32个厂家生产的阿司匹林肠溶片按性状、鉴别、游离水杨酸、释放度、重量差异、含量测定6个项目,分别进行质量考察。结果:31号企业的阿司匹林肠溶片含量测定不合格,其余企业产品均合格。结论:市售阿司匹林肠溶片的质量良好,各生产企业工艺稳定,基本质量可控,但个别产品生产工艺稳定性有待加强。Objective： To evaluate the quality of aspirin enteric-coated tablets produced by 32 domestic manufacturers. Methods： Aspirin enteric-coated tablets from 32 manufactures were tested on description, identification, free salicylic acid, dissolution, weight variation and content determination and the quality was evaluated respectively. Results： Aspirin emetic-coated tablets made by the No.31 manufacturer was not qualified for content assay. The others were qualified. Conclusion： The quality of aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the market was good and the process technologies of the most manufacturers were stable and controllable, but the stability of production process of individual products need to be improved.
